Patty Rumble è un gioco per smartphone e browser. Non chiede nome, email né altri dati per giocare. Su Android puoi accedere con Google Play Giochi per salvare i progressi nel cloud: è facoltativo.

Quali dati e perché
- Identificativo anonimo del dispositivo: un codice casuale creato dal gioco al primo avvio, salvato solo sul telefono. Non è collegato alla tua identità.
- Statistiche di gioco: livelli giocati, punteggi, durata delle partite, acquisti nel gioco con le monete, eventi come "partita iniziata" o "annuncio guardato", e lo svolgimento delle partite. Servono a capire dove il gioco è troppo difficile o facile e a correggere errori (interesse legittimo a migliorare il gioco).
- Dati tecnici del dispositivo: sistema operativo e versione, modello, schermo, lingua, fuso orario, scheda grafica, memoria, tipo di rete. Servono a far funzionare bene il gioco su ogni telefono.
- Progressi (monete, livelli, stelle, impostazioni): restano salvati sul telefono.
Le statistiche sono conservate su Supabase (fornitore del database) per un massimo di 24 mesi, poi cancellate.
Accesso con Google Play Giochi e salvataggio nel cloud (Android)
Se accedi a Google Play Giochi, il gioco riceve da Google il tuo ID giocatore di Play Giochi e il tuo nome visualizzato. Con l'ID giocatore salviamo una copia dei tuoi progressi (monete, livelli, stelle, locale, stile, acquisti unici) su Supabase, così tornano su un telefono nuovo o dopo una reinstallazione (esecuzione del servizio che hai chiesto). Conserviamo anche le ultime 5 copie precedenti, per recuperare un salvataggio sostituito per errore, e quali dispositivi (identificativo anonimo) hanno fatto l'accesso con quell'ID. Il nome visualizzato resta solo sul telefono. Obiettivi e classifiche sono gestiti da Google Play Giochi secondo l'informativa di Google.
Anche senza accesso, il gioco crea un account anonimo sul nostro server (un codice casuale, legato all'identificativo anonimo del telefono) e vi salva una copia dei progressi: serve a proteggere monete e acquisti. Non contiene dati personali e non si può recuperare su un altro telefono finché non accedi a Play Giochi.
Questi dati restano finché usi il salvataggio nel cloud. Puoi cancellarli quando vuoi: nel gioco da Impostazioni → "Cancella i miei dati dal cloud", oppure come spiegato su pattyrumble.com/delete. Se non accedi, non viene salvato nulla nel cloud.
Iscrizione al test (pattyrumble.com/tester)
Se ti iscrivi come tester sul sito, raccogliamo l'email del tuo account Google, la lingua della pagina e da quale link sei arrivato. La usiamo solo per aggiungerti alla lista dei tester di Google Play e per scriverti del test (base giuridica: la tua richiesta e il tuo consenso). Per limitare gli abusi conserviamo anche un'impronta cifrata (hash) dell'indirizzo IP, non l'indirizzo. L'email resta su Supabase e nella lista dei tester di Google Play fino a 90 giorni dopo la fine del test chiuso, poi viene cancellata. Puoi chiederne la cancellazione prima, quando vuoi, scrivendo a [email protected].
Pubblicità
Il gioco mostra annunci tramite Google AdMob. Gli annunci con premio partono solo se scegli di guardarli. Google può usare l'ID pubblicità del dispositivo e dati simili per mostrare e misurare gli annunci e, solo con il tuo consenso (nell'Unione Europea e nel Regno Unito tramite il modulo di consenso di Google), per annunci personalizzati. Puoi cambiare la scelta dalle impostazioni del gioco o reimpostare l'ID pubblicità dalle impostazioni del telefono. Informativa di Google: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Acquisti
Gli acquisti con denaro passano da Google Play (o App Store) e sono verificati da RevenueCat. Noi non vediamo né conserviamo dati di pagamento: riceviamo solo l'informazione che un prodotto è stato acquistato, legata all'identificativo anonimo del dispositivo.
Fornitori
Supabase (database), Cloudflare (sito web), Google AdMob (pubblicità), Google Play Giochi (accesso, obiettivi, classifiche), Google Play / Apple (store e pagamenti), RevenueCat (verifica degli acquisti). Alcuni hanno sede fuori dall'Unione Europea: i trasferimenti avvengono con le garanzie previste dal GDPR (per esempio le clausole contrattuali standard).
Minori
Il gioco è pensato per un pubblico dai 13 anni in su. Gli acquisti dei minori sono gestiti dal controllo parentale dello store.
I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedere accesso, correzione o cancellazione dei dati, opporti al trattamento o chiederne la limitazione scrivendo a [email protected]. Poiché i dati sono anonimi, ti chiederemo qualche informazione per trovarli (per esempio modello del telefono e quando hai giocato). Disinstallare il gioco cancella i dati salvati sul telefono; per il salvataggio nel cloud vedi pattyrumble.com/delete. Puoi anche presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

Privacy policy
Patty Rumble is a game for smartphones and browsers. It does not ask for your name, email or any other data to play. On Android you can sign in with Google Play Games to save your progress in the cloud: this is optional.

What data and why
- Anonymous device identifier: a random code created by the game on first launch and stored only on the phone. It is not linked to your identity.
- Gameplay statistics: levels played, scores, run length, in-game purchases with coins, events such as "run started" or "ad watched", and how runs went. They help us see where the game is too hard or too easy and fix bugs (legitimate interest in improving the game).
- Technical device data: operating system and version, model, screen, language, time zone, graphics chip, memory, network type. They help the game run well on every phone.
- Progress (coins, levels, stars, settings): stored on the phone.
Statistics are stored on Supabase (our database provider) for at most 24 months, then deleted.
Google Play Games sign-in and cloud save (Android)
If you sign in to Google Play Games, the game receives your Play Games player ID and display name from Google. With the player ID we store a copy of your progress (coins, levels, stars, diner, style, one-off purchases) on Supabase, so it comes back on a new phone or after a reinstall (performing the service you asked for). We also keep the last 5 earlier copies, to recover a save replaced by mistake, and which devices (anonymous identifier) signed in with that ID. The display name stays on the phone. Achievements and leaderboards are handled by Google Play Games under Google's policy.
Even without signing in, the game creates an anonymous account on our server (a random code, linked to the phone's anonymous identifier) and stores a copy of your progress there: it protects coins and purchases. It holds no personal data and cannot be recovered on another phone until you sign in to Play Games.
This data is kept for as long as you use cloud save. You can delete it at any time: in the game from Settings → "Delete my cloud data", or as explained at pattyrumble.com/delete. If you don't sign in, nothing is saved in the cloud.
Tester sign-up (pattyrumble.com/tester)
If you sign up as a tester on the website, we collect the email of your Google account, the language of the page and which link brought you there. We use it only to add you to the Google Play testers list and to write to you about the test (legal basis: your request and your consent). To limit abuse we also keep a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself. The email stays on Supabase and in the Google Play testers list until 90 days after the closed test ends, then it is deleted. You can ask for it to be deleted earlier, at any time, at [email protected].
Advertising
The game shows ads through Google AdMob. Rewarded ads only play if you choose to watch them. Google may use the device's advertising ID and similar data to serve and measure ads and, only with your consent (in the EU and UK through Google's consent form), to personalise them. You can change your choice from the game's settings or reset the advertising ID in the phone's settings. Google's policy: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Purchases
Real-money purchases go through Google Play (or the App Store) and are verified by RevenueCat. We never see or store payment details: we only learn that a product was bought, linked to the anonymous device identifier.
Providers
Supabase (database), Cloudflare (website), Google AdMob (ads), Google Play Games (sign-in, achievements, leaderboards), Google Play / Apple (stores and payments), RevenueCat (purchase verification). Some are based outside the EU: transfers rely on the safeguards required by the GDPR (such as standard contractual clauses).
Children
The game is meant for ages 13 and up. Purchases by minors are handled by the store's parental controls.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing by writing to [email protected]. As the data is anonymous, we will ask a few details to find it (such as phone model and when you played). Uninstalling the game deletes the data stored on the phone; for cloud saves see pattyrumble.com/delete. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top is updated.
